#joceveryday2020 Week 13

Happy Thursday, friends! To be honest, it feels like the fourth Thursday of the week. It's been a long week. However, I'm happy that we're in April!

Today I'm sharing my daily pictures from Instagram!

Day 86: two sleepy kids, post nap.

Day 87: taught the boys Jenga today and Peyton surprised us with how good he was.

Day 88: I love that we live in a place we can get away and enjoy time as a family during the quarantine.

Day 89: sister is into everything!

Day 90: all this time at home means I can finish up old projects! The boys put their footprints on this plate last summer and that was the end of it!

Day 91: we basically need to be as close as possible at all times. ugh, someday I'll be sad that they don't fight over who gets to sit on my lap. I really do love it.

Day 92: Multitasking today with a zoom call, putting Charlee to bed, and making these Cadbury Cupcakes! The end result was fantastic and the boys were extra happy!

I hope you have a great Thursday!

Maternity and Newborn Pictures

Happy Thursday! I'm finally sharing our maternity and newborn pictures today. I always use Ashley Walton for our pictures. She does such a great job and she's extremely patient with our kids!

I had my maternity pictures done at 37 weeks. I wasn't going to take any and last minute, Ashley text me and convinced me to take a few. I'm so happy we did!

The big brothers!

This quilt was made by my great-great grandmother. I convinced my mom to pass it on to me and I love it! It's now hanging in Charlee's nursery on her blanket ladder. It's so girly and fun!

Charlee's newborn pictures were taken when she was two weeks old. We had them scheduled for sooner and Peyton got a horrible stomach bug so we had to push them out. I was nervous about how she would do but she slept the entire time! Even with the boys passing her around and kissing on her.

Colson didn't want to put her down. He is obsessed with his baby sister.

I still can't believe these three are mine!

This picture captures the boys personality so perfectly!

Baby feet are my very favorite!

One picture with her eyes open! Sweet girl did so good.

I finally ordered some prints to hang in her room. Once they come, her room will be complete and I'll share her nursery soon!

Bump {Week 29} & #joceverday2016 {Week 45}

How far along? 29 weeks + 2 days.
Maternity clothes? I'm thinking I just might keep a pair of maternity clothes to wear to Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner in the future. They are so comfortable. I'm sure my husband would love if I kept them around! ;)
Sleep? Comes and goes. When I sleep good, I sleep really good. Most of the time I wake up at night because I can't breath. I feel like everything is getting smashed!
Best moment this week? We had dinner with friends on Saturday night and then on Tuesday night. Both nights I really enjoyed. Also, our house is coming along nicely. We picked out appliances earlier this week and pick out cabinets tomorrow! I love when I can report progress!
Worst moment this week? I've been sick every single day. Just when I think maybe I'm getting past that....bam! Also, the quilt that my mom is making Peyton is now being torn apart because she ran out of fabric. I tried to go buy more of the same fabric and they don't have anymore. I loved how it was looking and the fact it was close to being done. However, I'm still going to love it!
Miss anything? I really wanted a beer at dinner on Saturday night. They had a fall beer that looked amazing and when Liza ordered it, Tyrell could see the disappointment on my face. I wanted it so bad! Also, the wine that is sitting on top of the fridge just stares at me anytime I open the fridge. I realize this makes me sound like an alcoholic, however, I promise, I'm not. A beer or glass of wine with dinner just sounds divine!
Cravings? Sweets. Monday I made these rainbow treats and this peanut butter and jelly bread. While putting away groceries I realized I came home with a pumpkin roll and white chocolate covered oreos. And then, Tuesday, I made an apply pie. I'm so thankful I passed my glucose test with all the sweets I eat!!!
Movement? He is moving all the time. I love it. Sometimes he kicks me in the rib so hard that I yell "Ouch" and Travis laughs because he knows I just got kicked.
Symptoms? Heartburn is a constant thing. My back hurts. All. The. Time. I don't remember that with Colson. I feel like I can't breath 98% of the time. I'm still having those Braxton Hicks contractions. While they are nothing to worry about, I can't help but be hopeful that they are doing some work to prepare me for the real deal!
Looking forward to? I'm getting really excited for the baby shower. It is still 3 weeks away but something to look forward to. Tomorrow we're picking out the cabinets for the new house. That is so exciting and stressful. I have a doctor's appointment on Tuesday, I love hearing his heartbeat!

Now, here's a little #joceveryday for you!

Day 307: Snuggles with Daddy before bed.

Day 308: We made it to Friday, I finished another class today, and football is on! I'm celebrating with lemon water! #wishitwassine #yayforfriday

Day 309: Starting the weekend off right, coffee and Jesus!

Day 310: Peyton and I made it to the early church service today! #thankyoudaylightsavings

Day 311: It's chilly but he's been begging me to ride his bike, so here we are!

Day 312: Voted!

Well, I'm ready for the weekend! The weeks seem to go by in record speed but that just means we're closer to meeting our sweet baby!

Bump {Week 28} & #joceveryday2016 {Week 44}

How far along? 28 weeks + 2 days
Maternity clothes? All the way.
Sleep: I've had trouble sleeping. I don't have a problem falling asleep, but I tend to wake up a lot during the night. I can't seem to get comfortable.
Best moment this week: I passed my glucose test!!! Went to my 28 week appointment and everything looks good! The contractions that I've been having are in fact Braxton Hicks and baby boy is healthy and still brewing.
Miss Anything? A lot. Mainly, I miss eating and drinking whatever I want without being sick. However, I wouldn't trade being pregnant for any of that!
Cravings: All the Halloween candy at our house. I wanted Colson to go to as many houses as possible for the candy. :)
Symptoms:  I get winded really easily, way tooooooo easily! Third trimester exhaustion is here.  BUT - really, I don't have much to complain about at all.
Looking forward to: Third Trimester!  We have arrived! These last weeks are pretty jam packed and I and really looking forward to all of it.  Baby shower. Thanksgiving. Christmas. So much to look forward to. And doctor appointments every two weeks. What?! How are we already to that point?

It always amazes me how fast the weeks go by! I'm excited about what's to come but how on Earth is it already November???

Day 300: His new favorite place is right in front of the fire! Can't say I blame him!

Day 301: I'm still in awe of how God answers prayers. This growing belly is the answer to many, many prayers!

Day 302: "Mom, I am not tired and I do not need to take naps anymore!" Okay buddy...you've proved your point!

Day 303: Pumpkin Carving!

Day 304: Happy Halloween from the Webbs!

Day 305: Totally normal choice of beverages! #not #glucosetest

Day 306: What a game! Happy the Cubs won! #wishitwasBoston

Well, that's a little life lately!

Bump {Week 26} & #joceveryday2016 {Week 42}

Hello Thursday!

Today is a great day. An anniversary that means so much to me. It's been one year since Colson's adoption was finalized! I will never forget the emotions that I experienced sitting in that courtroom. God is just so good and so faithful.

26 Weeks!!!

How far along? 26 weeks! Each weeks seems to go quicker than the last and it's only going to get worse with the holidays.

Sleep? This week I've slept great. However, if I try sleeping on my right side I wake up because I can't breath. I feel as though I'm suffocating. So, I stick to my left side for the most part.

Best moment this week? I went with my mom and grandma to the fabric store and bought all the fabric for Peyton's quilt that my Mom is going to make. Also, my grandma is going to make all of his crib sheets and changing pad covers so I found the fabric for those. I'm so happy with the fabric that I found. The vision for this nursery is coming to life! Also, so thankful those two ladies can sew!!

Worst moment this week? Nothing comes to mind. I feel as though my emotions are more in check this week. I do wish there was some progress to tell you about on our house. No progress. Zero. It rained for three days and we don't have a roof so that stinks. And, the more time that passes with zero progress....the farther away our move in date will be. Although, living with my mother in law once the baby comes might be handy! She did mention she could sit and rock him all day, every day!

Miss anything? I have three months to go and this belly is starting to get in the way. I love having this belly and I'm not complaining. I just happen to notice it a lot!

Movement?  So much movement. Colson is constantly telling Peyton to stop kicking him although, I don't think he's ever really felt him kick! We just talk about it, so Colson tries to be bossy! ;)

Cravings? Comfort food. It's been cooler weather so I'm loving soups! I made homemade chicken noodle soup that didn't turn out just right but ate it over mashed potatoes...YUMMY! Also, I eat an onion bagel with cream cheese almost every single morning and it's the first thing I think of when I wake up in the mornings.

Sick? Of course. It's not going anywhere. And heartburn. I drink water...boom...heartburn. Apples, why on earth do apples give me heartburn? Well, they do. Just about everything. And of course my ribs and back are really starting to remind me that there is a human inside of me. But, overall, I feel pretty good. I complain, but I'm functioning with my normal schedule and I'm not sick with a cold, so I'm really happy about that!

Looking forward to? I sent that rocking chair back that I thought I was going to love and now I need to go and find another one. This time, I'm heading to the store and won't be ordering anything online. So, if you can recommend one...please do! Also, I'm hoping we make it to the pumpkin patch this weekend! I can't believe October is almost over and we haven't enjoyed any fall activities!

Okay...now onto #joceveryday2016 pictures!

Day 286: Travis and I had an appointment to pick out all of the plumbing fixtures for the house. You could say we were both stressed about it. I wasn't looking forward to it. We were there for about 20 minutes and the guy said, "Okay, that was great. I have everything I need." Wait. What? That was easy. Neither of us could believe how smoothly it went. Let's just say a prayer that everything can go that smooth!

Day 287: He's home!!! Colson spent the week with GG and Papa Les on their mountain and I picked him up Friday morning. I was so happy to see him!!!!

Day 288: Fun afternoon of bowling!

Day 289: The best place to fall asleep...Dad's lap!

Day 290: I've had my Jesus Calling book for awhile and until recently, I haven't read it everyday. I don't know why. So many days it speaks right to my heart. Especially on Monday.

Day 291: Fun evening of flying. They were taking turns! These two bring so much joy to my life.

Day 292: A visit to the dentist! Colson was a rockstar! He had to get X-rays done and was great. Zero cavities and a healthy mouth!

Well, that's a little life lately and baby update.
