Weekend Recap

So, I went to post this early this morning....like 5:30, but deleted it instead of publish it! Ha, it's a Monday, folks! I hope you all had a great weekend!

Friday afternoon started off with Colson scrubbing the driveway. He put black marks all over it. I told him it wasn't a good idea and he asked for a brush to scrub them off with. I was impressed that he scrubbed them all off on his own!

No day is complete without a visit to the goats! Our neighbors are amazing and brought over goat food so the boys and can feed them!

Colson won a book from the library so we took a trip down to switch out the books we had and pick up the book he won. Peyton pushed the cart around and put in random books. We have a  wide range of books this week.

We spent the rest of the afternoon outside playing. I can't wait for grass and the play set! We spend so much time outside and the boys are filthy by the time for bed.

Travis was out pulling weeds and Peyton ran over to help. He was pulling grass, but it was the thought that counted.

We ended Friday night with a bbq at Nana and Papa's house. The boys loved playing in the yard.

And eating the pie! You say food and Peyton comes running!

Monday morning we got up and headed to Home Depot. Peyton watched as Colson....

Participated in the kid's workshop!

Colson loves going through the car wash so I told him we could go if he helped me vacuum the car out. He did a great job and the car was clean!

Peyton on the other hand, squeezed his tiger the entire time!

We couldn't go through Eagle without stopping by our favorite store! If you're local and haven't been to Sweet Tea Living, you're missing out! Make sure and go. Their next sale is May 17-19.

Both boys were feeling extra sleepy on Saturday afternoon....

And only one took a nap!

We dropped the boys off at Papa and Grandma's house so Travis and I could go to the Rotary Youth Auction. It was nice to visit with so many different people and support a great cause.

Sunday morning, Peyton and I ran errands and he didn't last long. Poor guy wasn't feeling the best.

So we snuggled and took it easy the rest of the day.

I started Grey's Anatomy from the first episode and we both really enjoyed it!

Meanwhile, Colson was up at GG and Papa Les's cabin making sure everything was ready for summer. "Everything" as in the swings and the bike!

Colson came home with a sweet surprise!

And we ended our weekend the best way possible!

We start t-ball this week so our schedules are loaded with fun! I can't wait to watch Colson play.
Happy Monday, friends!
