The Graduate

Colson graduated from PreK last Friday night. I had no idea what to expect but it was one of the cutest things. Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Buck did a fantastic job.

We got to the school really early. I knew it would be full and I wanted to make sure we had enough seats for our family and could see the stage. We were able to get a picture with Mrs. Brown. She has been an amazing teacher. We're glad we made the decision to put Colson in Smart Start. His teachers are ROCKSTARS! I'm not sure how they do what they do so well.

Colson was so excited to share all of his projects with us. It's awesome to see how proud your child is for working so hard all year.

In comes the graduates...

So many new friends!

They performed five songs for us. Colson has been busy practicing at home and did a fantastic job.

Mrs. Brown presented his diploma and award. He was awarded for his Extraordinary Effort, for always giving 100% to every job.

Colson and Mrs. Buck!

It has been amazing to watch friendships grow this year.

Next year, Colson and some of his friends will be going to different schools because of the boundaries. They will all go to middle school and high school together and of course a lot of play dates, t-ball games, and birthday parties in between!

Our future police officer!

The graduate with his family.

We came home and had a small celebration with grandparents!
I still can't believe he'll be in kindergarten this fall.

Education is the most POWERFUL weapon which YOU can use to change the WORLD.

He requested root beer floats to celebrate!

We are so proud of our preschool graduate and can't wait for all the adventures he'll have in kindergarten.

Happy Thursday!
