Well, here's what we've been up to lately...
Last Monday, Colson, Peyton, and I baked cookies for Valentine's Day!
Colson was such a great helper. He helped with the entire process. It was a test for my patience and the kitchen was a mess but he had so much fun! I'm glad I let him help. I see more baking together in our future!
The finished product!
We spent Valentine's evening meeting our niece Hallie! She is seriously perfect!
Wednesday morning I had to take Colson in for his 4 year check-up. {a little late...I know!}
Before we went we both got a "coffee" since we both knew shots were in the near future!
He was such a good boy and full of energy....
until it was time for shots. He had to get four of them and he wasn't happy.
Leaving the office with a new book, toy, pizza certificate...and trying to smile.
When we left he asked for an ice cream cone and to go see his Daddy so he got just what he asked for! Trying so hard to smile and not cry....
Wednesday lunch with a couple of my favorite boys.
And then I got my hair done. Peyton tagged along, he didn't seem to mind too much.
I dread bath nights. They are so stressful...
On this night Colson begged me to take a bath with his brother so I let him and they loved it. It actually made bath so much easier!
Friday night we went to pizza with my family and Uncle Travis was loving on Hallie. She is such a doll!
Nana and Papa with all of their grandkids!
Saturday we went shopping for mirrors and ended up with zero mirrors but with new furniture for our house. We had a great day together but I couldn't bet Trav to take a normal picture!
We checked on our house. I'm sooooo excited to cook and bake yummy things in here! I love how our home is turning out.
Colson started a new chore chart and he can earn a quarter for extra chores that he does. So, he earned a quarter first thing by dusting all the furniture. He wants to save to buy legos...however tomorrow he will probably want to buy something else...
Then, he went to Nana and Papa's and helped them paint. He painted for two hours!
Monday afternoon I managed to get both boys to nap at the same time! #momwin
Then, I opened the mail to find this quilt! I love the thought and work that was put into this!
I always have such a hard time putting him down. He grows so fast and I don't want to miss it.
So, I've been craving sweets like crazy since becoming pregnant and it never went away after having Peyton. Last week I tried a Symphony bar for the first time and OH MY GOODNESS, I wish I wouldn't have because now I eat them all the time. So yummy!
Those lips!
My three favorite boys sleeping! I love them each so much!
Morning snuggles. Colson is the BEST big brother and continues to amaze me.
Just hanging out watching Mom do laundry!
Well, that's life lately!
