Bump {Week 27}

How far along? 27 weeks + 1 day

Maternity clothes? Yes...I thought I would be totally fine in regular pants- you know, doing the hair tie trick, negative. Travis looked at me and told me I should go pick-up a couple more pairs of maternity pants. Off went the jeans and on went leggings. I also ordered some maternity clothes from Gap the next day. Seriously, it is so hard to find maternity clothes in stores! I did find a cute online store, Pink Blush but I only found dresses and tops that I liked.

Sleep? My bump nest pillow is amazing. Seriously, I love curling up in it. For awhile, I let Colson sleep with it and decided to give it another try when sleep became extremely uncomfortable and I'm so glad I stole it back. Travis asked if he could sleep with it, I told him after Peyton arrives I might give it up! I'm having weird dreams. The latest...Travis was snowmobiling and I went into labor while at church. Like, my water broke in the middle of church and I couldn't get ahold of Travis because he didn't have cell phone service. Not a pleasant dream.

Best moment this week? I really enjoyed the pumpkin patch with my family. It's fun to do things just the three of us but I can't help but look forward to doing things as a family of four. :)
I'm loving this cool weather! I'm so thankful I'm pregnant during the cooler months!

Miss anything? The simple tasks of shaving my legs in the shower, doing the dishes, walking up and down the stairs...this belly, gets in the way! Also, I'm just really out of shape.

Movement: Peyton gets stronger by the day. Sunday night I was laying in bed and thought...he's going to crack my rib. He wouldn't stop kicking me in the ribs. I get he doesn't have a ton of room, but his favorite place to be is up in my ribs!

Food cravings? Still enjoying my morning onion bagel and a pumpkin spice latte' out of the coffee machine at the gas station. Do you think my husband will keep it around until January 24th???? Also, I'm really enjoying hot tea. It must be the cooler weather. My mother-in-law made a ham this past weekend and now I can't stop thinking about Thanksgiving. Green bean casserole. Pumpkin pie. Turkey. Green bean casserole. Green bean casserole. ;)

Anything make you queasy or sick? Everything. Okay, not everything. But, I'm still sick. Also, I have to stay away from apples. They always make me sick. But taste so good.

Symptoms? Lots of trips to the bathroom. Back and rib pain the majority of my time awake. I get winded really easily. That could just be because I'm out of shape! Braxton Hicks contractions. What? I can't believe I'm experiencing them already.

Wedding rings on or off? On. Sometimes I'm afraid to take them off incase I won't be able to put them back on!

Happy or Moody most of the time? I would say happy. Hopefully the moody is gone.

Looking forward to? Halloween with Colson. He's so excited about his costume. Thanksgiving dinner. Really, the holidays in general!

Also, next week starts the beginning of my 3rd trimester! What??? How is that possible? Next Thursday I'll be enjoying my glucose test. Before we know it, the holidays will be over and the reality of my husband snowmobiling and me going into labor is possible!
