Hey there Monday.
I need another cup of coffee already.
I'm just not ready for the weekend to be over yet.
Friday morning we went and got coffee and Colson got a donut. When we got home he asked if he could please eat it off a Christmas plate!
I was planning on writing my paper on Friday but we didn't have any internet. #helpful
So while I was on the phone for almost two hours with our internet provider Colson entertained himself....
After nap time and after a very unproductive day....we made cookies....
I was thankful that it was Friday!!!
Saturday morning I worked on homework while Colson played in his fort that him and Travis built!
And then he helped Dad for about 30 seconds hang Christmas lights!
Off to Nana and Papa's house we go.....
Travis and I went on a double date with Ty and Liza to the hockey game.
We always have so much fun together!
Sunday consisted of sleeping in, lots of coffee, and a trip to see this guy......
I was nervous about how Colson would handle Santa, especially after our picture last year.
He surprised Travis and I both. When it was his turn, he walked right up and sat on his lap! Then had a cute little conversation that included asking Santa for a blue iPad. Thankful that Santa told him he wouldn't be bringing him one but he would leave an awesome surprise instead! A hug and off we went! Travis then explained to Colson that Santa doesn't have any blue iPads so then Colson asked for cars. #wecanhandlethat
About a year ago I took a picture that looks so much like this one. I love both of them so much!
The rest of our Sunday consisted of homework, naps, and football.
