Halloween and Fall Decorations

In years past, I’ve never decorated for Halloween. I put up my fall decorations on the first day of school and they stay up until after Thanksgiving. This year, I decided to change things up and I’m so glad I did.

I took this after the plants died and some of our pumpkins had to be thrown out.

I ordered some bats from Amazon for $10 and they were perfect for inside and outside!

I also picked up some spider webs and spiders from Walmart.

The bats and spider webs were inexpensive but made a big impact through the house!

Colson painted this last year!

Back when Colson was an only child, we did fun crafts!

I picked up a bag of bones and used them on the table for my centerpiece. The boys loved it!

I found this black tree for $5 and some ornaments from Michael’s. Added some webs and it was easy!

I kept the kitchen simple.

With some more bats!

Is there anything better than drinking coffee out of a holiday mug!? I love pulling out seasonal mugs!

On November 1st, I packed up the bones and bats and pulled out the turkeys!

Pumpkins and turkeys!

I’ve collected everything from TJ Maxx over the years.

Pumpkin spice season is my favorite!

A few things are Hobby Lobby as well.

I haven’t drawn anything on the chalkboard yet....

But I do love this turkey. He’s from TJ Maxx!

And my diffuser full of gal scents!

I used more flowers and pumpkins to make it fall.

The view into the living room!

This new turkey is my favorite. My mom bought him for me from TJ Maxx!

A few things scattered throughout the built ins.

Fall is my favorite season but my house at Christmas is my all time favorite. Every year I try and convince Travis to let me decorate before Thanksgiving. Maybe since 2020 is 🙄, he’ll cave this year!? 🤞🏻
