Catch-Up: Life Lately

Happy Monday! It's been a hot minute since I made a visit to the blog. Life with three kids is a whole new game. Last week we had my mother-in-law here everyday to help out. Since I had a c-section, I have a lot of restricts and she was so gracious to come and help me! However, this was my first day solo and I'm happy to report we've almost made it until 5 when Dad comes home! Two of the three kids are currently sleeping so I'm positive that we're going to make it!!!

Now, onto catching you up with what's been going on around here!

We've basically been loving on Charlee Jo. The boys have been great with adding a new sister to the mix and we're all starting to get adjusted!

And her very favorite spot......

She even got to visit her Dad at work last week!

Also, we've been busy with t-ball! Colson loves to play and I love watching him! He practices daily outside. Grandma Jo and Papa Kim bought him a net that he can throw the ball into and it will come back to him so he's been practicing with that. He also goes out and hits. The kid has drive when it comes to baseball and I couldn't be prouder!

I'm not sure where it comes from but the only time he can run this fast is when he's playing baseball. This was after he hit a homerun! The boy is on his team mates heels.

Always in ready position!

Peyton got a haircut on Friday and now he looks like he's five!!! Handsome boy.

When little sister cries....we all feel this way!

When I'm nursing Charlee, this is almost always happening. The boys are in her room wrestling and making so much noise. They are never far from us, which we love, and Charlee doesn't seem to mind at all!

Over the weekend we did a lot of this....Peyton was so sick so we snuggled a lot!

I even escaped into his room to nap with him! Sick kids are the worst!

And then washed all my couch cushions because he got sick all over them! I've been saying for weeks that I need to wash them and this was apparently what it took.

This morning we had a doctor appointment for Charlee and the boys loved all the entertainment while we waited. The kid's doctor is amazing! If you are local, I couldn't recommend Dr. Miller enough.

Also, Colson is so helpful with Charlee! He hates when she's the slightest upset. I'm so grateful that he's eager to help!

Mama made her first solo trip with three kids and survived! We of course ventured to Target!
Colson was in mid floss in this picture!

And then rewarded myself with Dutch Bros!

Now, we're back home and praying that the two kids who are sleeping stay that way until Dad gets home! I'm working on a post about Charlee's birth story. I love writing it all out so I don't forget! Prepare yourself for a lot of baby girl pictures in the days to follow!

Happy Monday!!!
