Photo Every Hour // July 4th

Yesterday was such a fun day and we are currently trying to get over the "holiday hangover" that happens when a holiday lands on a Wednesday. We had the best day celebrating two birthdays...America's and Papa's!

5:30

Peyton woke me up and I couldn't go back to sleep so up before the rest of the house.

6:30

so much laundry.

7:30

The boys were up and getting ready for the fun day ahead. Peyton loves to "brush" his teeth. Also known as suck all the yummy flavored training toothpaste off of his toothbrush.
And all the coffee for me.

8:30

Ready to walk out the door and Peyton has a major meltdown.

9:30

We got our coffee and were headed to the parade!

10:30

I thought the parade started at 10. I check online but the source I used was wrong. There was no one set up which I thought was crazy! So we had the best spot and waited forever for the parade to start.

We were right in front of the Capitol building so Colson and I went exploring.

He was so mesmerized.

12:30

The boys love parades. Peyton can hold his own when it comes to fighting over candy. I highly recommend the Boise parade if you're local. They do a great job. Get there early, or you'll have a hard time finding a spot. It turned out it paid off to be so early!!

1:30

We had to go pick up some golf balls for Dad!

2:30

Preparing for a bbq! I made Tara's salad and everyone thought it was great. Travis isn't a fan of cottage cheese and he had a large helping of salad. It's a win!

3:30

Colson requested a cherry pie for dessert and then later in the night decided he didn't actually like cherry pie. But, he got his red, white, and blue pie just like he requested!

Happy Birthday, Papa!!! A red, white, and blue cheesecake!

8:30

Cleaning off the driveway!

9:30

Barely made it to bed. He was exhausted in every sense of the word.

10:30

I took this boy to watch the big firework show that our town puts on. He was so excited!

Home and in bed before 11.

I hope you all had a happy fourth of July!
