I feel like this Christmas break situation was so rush to begin with. Sometimes we get several days before Christmas but this year we didn’t start break until the 23rd.
We did manage to get some baking in…
The kids made gingerbread houses…
The kids and I attended Christmas Eve, Eve service…
Then we went and looked at Christmas lights with my mom and our neighbor!
On Christmas Eve we started our day with donuts and coffee!
Peyton wanted to take a Christmas tree to Papa Warren so we all went and made sure he had a tree!
We headed to my in-laws for dinner with our family.
Charlee Jo was in love with her cousin, Baron!
Dinner was amazing, the toys were fun, but being apart of this family is a true blessing!
We headed home to set out our cookies and milk for Santa!
And of course carrots for the reindeer.
All ready for a short night sleep…the excitement was big!
I’m happy to report that Santa did in fact make it to our home!
