Friday Favorites

Happy Friday, friends! One full week of school is in the books and we are ready for the weekend!

This week was full of appointments. I wasn't really thinking when I made eye exams and check up appointments during the first week of school but we survived. Getting them out of the way is my FAVORITE, now we don't have to worry about anymore appointments for awhile!

Happy...even after shots is my FAVORITE!

This cutie on the first day of school was my FAVORITE!

One of my FAVORITE traditions is taking Colson out for ice cream to hear all about his first day. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for the job of getting Colson off the bus everyday and getting to do this fun things!

Apparently vacuuming was Peyton’s FAVORITE chore this week! I love these cute helpers.

Peyton is always up early and one particular morning this week he fell back to sleep once he crawled into our bed. This sleepy head is my FAVORITE!

We went to a friend’s house this week and these two fell asleep before we left Liza’s house! A quiet ride home was my FAVORITE!

Listening to this smarty read to me is my FAVORITE!

Cooler temperatures in the mornings are my FAVORITE! I love putting Colson on the bus and sitting out on the front porch while the kids play and eat!

Safe schools training isn’t my FAVORITE but my little guy keeping me company is!

I made a Reese’s cake for my grandma’s birthday this week and I’ve been wanting to try it. It’s another FAVORITE for us! It’s also so rich that one bite is enough for me.

I burnt dinner so bad on Wednesday night and I told the Boys that I’d take them to dinner if they tried it! Peyton’s reaction was my FAVORITE! They were good sports so I took them to Mexican food, everyone’s FAVORITE in this house!

Visits to Dad's work are everyone's FAVORITE! We were waiting for Dad to arrive and Peyton was pretending to be the boss...he's a pretty cute boss!

This side by side comparison of Charlee Jo and her Daddy is my FAVORITE. Look how tiny she was. It's so crazy how fast they grow.

Peyton has been asking me to snuggle him for two minutes during nap time. Everything is two minutes around here... Well, I have been and it's my FAVORITE time of the day but I never want to get up.
He starts preschool in a couple weeks and it's crazy to think that he's old enough to go. BUT...he'll still be taking naps in the afternoons so that's good news!

I hope you have a wonderful Labor Day weekend! I'll see you back here on Tuesday!
