Christmas Bucket List

I can't believe it's December!! I'm attempting to cram in as many Christmas-y things into December as possible. I do this every season until Travis reminds me that we don't need to do E V E R Y T H I N G.

Decorate the trees. We have a total of SIX in our house. We actually decorated the weekend after Thanksgiving because I want to enjoy the twinkle lights for as long as possible!

Build a gingerbread house.

Write a letter to Santa.

Make sugar cookies. We will deliver to our neighbors and of course leave some out for Santa.

Go look at Christmas lights. There are a few places over the hill that have amazing Christmas lights. We took the boys last year and had the best time. Of course, we'll load up in the car and check out the houses around town.

Make Christmas popcorn.

Go ice skating. This is a maybe. I think Colson would have so much fun!

Go to the Festival of Trees.

Attend Christmas Eve church service.

Listen to all the Christmas music. I've been doing this since November 1st and I don't plan on stopping until after Christmas!

Sit on Santa's lap! I put a picture in our living room of Travis sitting on Santa's lap. Colson asked me who Dad was sitting on? I told him Santa. His response was priceless, "That's not Santa, I've met Santa. He wears glasses and doesn't really look like that." Hmmmm....

I'm excited to spend the holiday season with my little family. Next Christmas there will be 5 of us.
